FAQ's

I want to order an A3 print, how will it be packaged?

All A3 prints will be packaged in a cardboard postage tube.

I want to order an A6 framed print, what will it look like and how will it be packaged?

All A6 framed prints are wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. Below is an example of how your print will look.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is it possible to order an A3 framed print?

Due to the size of the glass, A3 framed prints cannot be posted. However can be picked up via my studio or my stockist.

How can I pay for my order?

Currently I only accept PayPal payments via the website. Alternatively you can pay via a bank transfer just contact me for details.

What are the Postage and Packaging costs?

Postage and Packaging costs are calculated in relation to the total cost of your order, as follows:

Orders up to £6 are charged at £1.50

Orders between £6-£13 are charged at £2.50

Orders between £13-£25 are charged at £6.00

Orders between £25-£60 are charged at £10.00

Orders over £60 are charged at £15.00

What if I want to collect my order in person?

If you want to collect your order, go through the checkout and pay for your order including postage and packaging. I will then refund your postage and packaging costs in full on collection.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Small framed A6 prints are kept in stock therefore will be with you within 3-5 working days.

A3 prints are printed to order please allow between 3-10 working days.

 

What are the Terms and Conditions?

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

As my work is printed to order, you must cancel your order within 48 hours of placing. After 48 hours, you can return your items, subject to the conditions below for a refund.

RETURNS

My policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, I will require your order number. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within a certain amount of days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send a message via the contact page and I will instruct on how to return.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

PRIVACY POLICY

How is your personal data collected?

To fulfill your order, you provide me with relevant information: your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You also have the option to add any notes to your order which you believe are necessary regarding your purchase.

I use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

Direct interactions. You may give me your identity, contact and financial data by filling in forms or by corresponding with me by post, phone, email or through chat on social media.

This includes personal data you provide when you:

  • Make enquiries or request information be sent to you;

  • Order on my website;

  • Ask for marketing to be sent to you;

  • Engage with me on social media;

  • Enter a competition, promotion or survey;

  • Contact customer services; or

  • Leave comments or reviews on social media.

My website uses visitor analytics:

Visitor Analytics is a simple website analytics service which measures the traffic and visitors' general details of the customers' websites. Collecting these statistics, a website can make their visitors' experience better (e.g. which pages they visit and when, where they are approximately located, where does a user land first or if they are coming from a specific referral).

Basically, as a website owner using Visitor Analytics, I am using cookies to collect data about visitors' device type and screen size, approximate location, browser, OS, page visits, bounce rate, conversions and popular content on the website. All this data is pseudonymized and Visitor Analytics will never use the collected data to identify individual users or to match it with additional information on an individual user. Each visitor has control over the cookies placement.

Why I need your personal data how I use it:

  • Where I need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you. For example, when you purchase my products, that’s a contract or to provide customer services support.

  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.

  • Where I need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. For example, keeping records of my sales for tax compliance.

Information sharing and disclosure:

I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:

  • respond to legal process or to government requests;

  • enforce my agreements, terms and policies;

  • prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or

  • protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

Data Retention:

I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to complete your order. However, I may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. I keep your data for 5 years.

Your rights Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) you have a number of rights with regard to your personal data:

  • You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information.  If you wish I will delete your personal information upon request other than in the data I am required to keep for legal reasons.

 

  • The right to restrict processing, object to processing as well as in certain circumstances the right to data portability. If you have provided consent for the processing of your data, you have the right (in certain circumstances) to withdraw that consent at any time which will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before your consent was withdrawn. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the Information Commissioners’ Office if you believe that we have not complied with the requirements of the GDPR or DPA 18 with regard to your personal data.
